Finishing Cell 02
The FC 02 is an advanced robotics solution for finishing work on medium-large castings. The system is designed so that the robot moves the electrospindle on the workpiece. Through the use of specific tools, it is, therefore, possible to perform cutting, deburring, grinding and measuring operations
The workpiece is, in turn, moved by a pallet rotary table which optimises the work volumes.
A pallet loading system with two opposite-facing positions allows loading and unloading operations while the machining.
The protection cabin has automatic roll-up doors to allow the input/output of the workpiece. The areas in which the tool/equipment change magazines are housed have automatic roll-up doors for automatic tool changing.
